Welcome to Clovertone Music Publishing, the most innovative place for music educators to find Canadian sheet music for their ensembles.
Founded and operated by Canadian composer and trombonist Christian Overton, Clovertone Music is a convenient and user-friendly way for teachers to search and buy Canadian compositions on the web. Our library currently features a wide-range of charts for Jazz Band that can be customized for your ensemble. We are also working to find the best Canadian concert band compositions to include in our library over the coming months.
At Clovertone, we are dedicated to serving your unique needs as a music educator. Tumbadora
Maria says: " Tumbadora is a salsa tune I wrote inspired by the role of the congas in Latin music. The feel and rhythms are reminiscent of the sound of the Latin ensembles I enjoy listening to. There is also a heavy influence of the piano in this arrangement which gives the piano player in your band an opportunity to be featured throughout as well as in an improvised section. at letter D."

The Green Blues
“The Green Blues” was written for the 2009 MusicFest Canada All Star Jazz Band under the direction of Denny Christianson. This tune is a really good vehicle for a strong band to show their stuff as soloists and sectional players. It features a sax soli, band soli, improvising for everyone and a nice big shout at the end.
